Densford Civil was proud to deliver the site preparation works for Rivermark Stage 3 in Viveash, part of a vibrant new community taking shape. Our expert team tackled a wide ranging scope, from microtunneling sewer systems beneath live roads to installing HDPE stormwater networks, pressure mains, and commissioning pumps for a settlement pond discharge system. The works also included constructing retaining walls, detailed masonry feature brickwork, and full roadworks including asphalt, kerbing, footpaths and paving. The success of Stage 3 saw Densford Civil awarded further stages of the development, which we are now actively delivering.
